With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job DescriptionRR Donnelley is adding Presentation Designers to their Menlo Park team!*This is a Hybrid role working 3 days in office, 2 days remote*The Presentation Designer is responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for our bulge bracket, global investment banking client. In this role, you will primarily use PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RFPs to Company’s pitches and any internal materials.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memorandaImport and revise graphics files as necessaryCreate and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projectsAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aestheticsCollaborate with team members on complex or special projectsMaintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking toolCoordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associatesMonitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlinesAssess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completionHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationTrain new employees on policies and proceduresCommunicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.Assist with monthly metrics and reportingMay work with motion graphics and multimedia workQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in area relative to the business or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.

The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
