- Direct cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of WellSenseTM product development according to Agile methodology to meet milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate concepts and/or scientific data into end-to-end reference solutions for WellSenseTM
- Provide technical vision that enables different engineering functions to bring multiple and complex requirements into modern automotive architecture/solutions.
- Direct cross-functional engineers on building prototypes and mock-ups to test and iterate on product features and functionalities that can be seamlessly integrated into OEM vehicle systems, mobile applications, and the Cloud.
- Develop innovative prototypes towards production-ready HW & SW Platforms
- Lead important strategic customer advanced development projects with control algorithms and software.
- Ensure new developments are aligned to deliver ASPICE/ISO26262 compliant products.
- Deliver new HW & SW platforms for customer-awarded programs.
- Conduct stand-ups, remove roadblocks, and assist with project backlog.
- Experience with Software/API integration of network technologies such as CAN, LIN.
- Align dependencies across disciplines to execute project timing.
- Communicate project status on an ongoing basis and identify any associated risks.
- Deliver validated software and hardware, SW architecture and system design.
- BS Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience with automotive electronics hardware, software and systems requirements, functional objectives and validation methods and tools.
- Excellent technical project management skills, including planning and organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management.
- Experience combining physical and digital assets into modern automotive solutions.
- Deep understanding of future trends in connected vehicle architecture including current networks and future direction (e.g., domain-based control).
- Demonstrated ability to be creative and resourceful (e.g., sourcing external partners, and collaborating with customers to solve new problems).
- Proven experience of bringing innovative ideas into a sellable product
- Demonstrated rapid prototype approach to new product development.
- Experience with AGILE-style product development.
- Experience in using LIN and/or CAN for automotive OEM
- Successful production launch of ASPICE project
