
Senior Product Solutions Associate - Healthcare Payments

- Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product.
- Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients. Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
- Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
- Assist Regional Vice Presidents in facilitating regular business activities that are both strategic and operational.
- Support the development of strategic relationships with operational and executive staff within assigned accounts to ensure efficient interaction.
- Contribute to Business Development activities that support the achievement of the annual revenue plan, including preparation of Strategic Business Reviews and client presentation creation and preparation.
- Assist Regional Vice Presidents in client onboarding, including preparing, delivering, and processing onboarding project plans, customer terms and conditions, order forms, and additional contract items.
- Interface and partner with JP Morgan Bankers and Treasury Management Officers to stay connected on customer relationships across our lines of business.
- Maintain and practice good Salesforce hygiene related to customer account information and sales opportunities and pipeline. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products and work experience in a support role.
- Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Display excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Demonstrates sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits ability to be detail-oriented and comfortable with researching and following written instructions to ensure necessary operational tasks associated with this role are completed timely and accurately.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
