  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in HR, office administration, or related professional experience.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, recruitment, and employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
Things You Will Do:As an HR & Office Coordinator, you will support the day-today operations of the Human Resources function as well as general office administration.
  • Maintain working knowledge of HR practices, laws and company policies.
  • Full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, scheduling, and communications.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding, off-boarding, HR documentation, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition, surveys, and company events.
  • Oversee daily office environment to maintain a professional and efficient workplace.
  • General administrative support including purchasing, inventory, shipping, and reception.
