
Material Handler - Weekend Nights

- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, turret trucks, palletizing/stretch-wrap). Load/unload trucks, store/remove items in racks, complete required documentation.
- Support packaging lines and production liquefaction with materials and supplies.
- Access and use SAP as needed.
- Perform daily warehouse duties (load chief, rework, waste, baling, forklift battery changes).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Cross-train in at least three warehouse functions:
- Inspect, verify, and properly identify inbound materials in SAP.
- Ensure accurate inventory and arrange delivery to appropriate personnel.
- Note QA sampling requirements and sign off Bill of Lading.
- Maintain documentation for inbound loads, including SAP data collection.
- Maintain documentation for shipments from facility.
- Pack/label shipments, prepare MSOs, and arrange carrier pickups.
- Finalize documentation and distribute to ensure accurate flow of information.
- Access SAP for shipment details.
- Oversee staging process, physically set up production liquefaction materials, and complete staging documentation.
- Lead and direct Material Handlers, ensuring safe and efficient duties to minimize damage/discrepancies.
- Access SAP to generate production orders (PTOs) and resolve inventory issues.
- Manage staging, loading/unloading, and documentation of product at outside warehouses.
- Receive/verify raw material and component shipments.
- Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and WIs are followed.
- Perform housekeeping duties and warehouse tasks with minimal supervision.
- High School or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience safely operating forklift and material handling equipment in an automated warehouse environment is required.
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 55 lbs. is required.
- Incumbent will be exposed to noise and hot and cold temperatures.
- Depth perception and the ability to drive backward while sitting forward.
- Willing and able to wear appropriate safety equipment to perform specific job duties per zoning requirements.
