- Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst-IWC Support Services
- Employment Type: Part Time
- Location: Crystal City, VA and various other sites
- This position is contingent upon contract award.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for IWC programs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess performance outcomes.
- Support DoD reporting requirements by producing detailed evaluation reports, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations.
- Work with IWC leadership, instructors, and partners to establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in IW training and research programs.
- Present findings to senior officials, stakeholders, and interagency partners.
- Ensure compliance with DoD assessment standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to align engagements and other work with the project plan.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation or a related field
- Five years of AM&E experience, including analyzing and summarizing disparate information in a clear and concise manner, drafting data collection methodologies, creating organizational work plans based on higher-level goals, leading and coordinating multiple offices through multiple step processes without being a direct supervisor, and supporting staff with a variety of levels of knowledge and capabilities
- Experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry
- Oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with mid and high-level partner contacts
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet programs and data base management
- Ability to travel internationally
- Must successfully pass NACI investigation.
