The Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst-IWC Support Services applies rigorous analytical techniques to examine and assess programs of instruction in the areas of national security, international affairs, international relations, and irregular warfare for their effectiveness. Makes recommendations for improvement and monitors the implementation of changes.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for IWC programs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess performance outcomes.
  • Support DoD reporting requirements by producing detailed evaluation reports, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work with IWC leadership, instructors, and partners to establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in IW training and research programs.
  • Present findings to senior officials, stakeholders, and interagency partners.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD assessment standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to align engagements and other work with the project plan.
Required Qualifications
  • ​​Bachelor's degree in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation or a related field
  • Five years of AM&E experience, including analyzing and summarizing disparate information in a clear and concise manner, drafting data collection methodologies, creating organizational work plans based on higher-level goals, leading and coordinating multiple offices through multiple step processes without being a direct supervisor, and supporting staff with a variety of levels of knowledge and capabilities
  • Experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry
  • Oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with mid and high-level partner contacts
  • Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet programs and data base management
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Must successfully pass NACI investigation.
  • Shall be a U.S. citizen.
