- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered, creating memorable experiences for event clients and guests.
- Manage event logistics, including staffing, equipment, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue growth while upholding quality standards.
- Partner with marketing teams to promote catering services and secure new business opportunities.
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout all catering operations.
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager, Event Manager, or similar leadership role in catering or event planning.
- Strong background in event coordination, menu planning, and client relationship management.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of high-end food and beverage services, including VIP and luxury event offerings.
- Experience with large-scale event logistics and operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
