As a BCBA, you will collaborate with clients, families, supervisees, and the broader care team to create socially significant, positive change for the children we serve.Position DetailsSchedule: Flexible scheduling based on client availabilityWork Setting: Options include home-based, school-based, or center-based sessions depending on client needsQualificationsCurrent BCBA CertificationActive State LicenseProven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autismFlexible, adaptable approach to work commitmentsKey ResponsibilitiesReport to and take direction from the Regional Clinical DirectorCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care deliveryImplement Flywheel's clinical policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance TeamConduct assessments and reassessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plansProvide clinical supervision and parent trainingParticipate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunitiesEnter billable hours in Central Reach within required timelinesSupport BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed under Regional Clinical Director guidanceMaintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactionsWhy Join Flywheel CentersOur team is made up of dedicated professionals committed to helping children thrive.
