This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel – Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You’ll Get To Do:Lead a team responsible for developing, performing, and supporting integration and test activities for Infrastructure Electrical subsystems, including Commercial Power, Launch Execution Power and Missile Power at the circuit board, integrated rack, and subsystem levels.Serve as a cost account manager (CAM) managing earned value (EV) for an engineering team.Provide functional management of approximately 10 employees for the Ground Test Functional Homeroom.Support product teams in overseeing and executing supplier testing and testing at external test house locations.Participate in technical planning, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for systems and element capabilities.Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness and compliance of the test program.Verify specifications and designs through testing, test data processing, and support modeling and simulation and performance analysis.Site and flight test support for subsystem requirement verification.Create technical reports and present test and analysis results.Interface with internal and external customers.As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 4 years with a MastersUS Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against scheduleAt least 2 years of demonstrated experience in test planning and test executionThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with at least 6 years of related test or systems engineering experienceAt least 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Cost Account Manager or managing EV for an engineering team.Prior Experience of ICBM test methodologiesExperience with 91-710Experience with AFI Test Directive 99-103Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and customersProject Management, risk and opportunities, and scheduling backgroundUnderstanding of Agile and Scrum principles and Model Based Systems EngineeringExperience in segment or system level hardware and software integration testingSalary Range: $119,300.00 - $178,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
