- Core Responsibilities
- Successfully Complete Training as Facility Service Tech
- Maintain attendance within acceptable standards
- Use and maintain hand tools and power equipment such as brooms, mops, squeegees, vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor machines, power washers, and other tools required for the cleaning and general maintenance of the facilities.
- Use and maintain hand tools and powered lawn equipment such as lawn mower, trimmer, shovel, rake, garden hose, and other tools required for the cleaning and general maintenance of the outdoors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers and the fixtures located in these areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and trash containers and assist with recycling and composting program.
- Sweep, dry and wet mop, scrub, and condition vinyl floor, terrazzo, ceramic floor tiles, hardwood floors, and other floor surfaces. Vacuum and shampoo carpets and furniture.
- Replace toilet paper, paper towels, and restroom supplies as needed.
- Clean walls, windows, mirrors, vents, display cases, etc.
- Set-up and remove furniture for special events.
- Perform custodial maintenance of required areas.
