- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support).
- Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, and meal prep to ensure patient comfort.
- Visit 5-6 patients/day, building meaningful connections.
- Record vital signs, monitor changes, and communicate with the nursing team.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families during life's most important moments.
- Current Tennessee CNA certificate
- At least 6+ months of CNA experience
- Valid driver's license & auto insurance
