Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Reports to: Director of OperationsAbout the Role
As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our operations running smoothly. From packing orders to keeping inventory organized, you’ll play a big part in making sure our products reach customers on time. This is a hands-on role where every day looks a little different—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.Pay & Benefits
  • Starting Pay: $16/hr (based on experience)
  • Raise After 90 Days: $1 increase following successful probationary period

What You’ll Do
  • Pack & Ship Orders – Pick, pack, and ship daily orders for Shopify, Faire, Mable, Sysco, and more
  • Support Production – Keep materials stocked and ready throughout the day
  • Keep Things Moving – Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing pallets
  • Take Care of Equipment – Perform basic forklift maintenance, maintain the baler, and keep tools in good shape
  • Stay Organized – Keep the warehouse clean and inventory updated in our system
Who You Are
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and on your feet
  • A team player who enjoys pitching in wherever needed
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
