Pay Rate: $25.00-$42.00 per hour (based on experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Planner to support our Amarillo production team. In this role, you will convert released engineering data into actionable manufacturing plans, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our aircraft assembly operations.This is an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled team shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in production planning, familiarity with engineering systems, and a passion for process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain work instructions, tooling requirements, and planning packages based on released engineering dataIncorporate engineering changes using systems and coordinate updates with Change Management and Manufacturing teamsAnalyze tooling needs using CAD systems and participate in design evaluations for tooling solutionsSupport timely updates to production orders and provide floor support for change implementationReconcile Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignmentCollaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to define efficient, repeatable build sequences for major assembliesServe as a responsive liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues impacting productionSupport root cause and corrective action processes, redline management, and process improvementsQualifications3-5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing PlanningProficiency in ERP systems, including 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), and SAPStrong ability to interpret blueprints and digital product definitions (CAD, GD&T)Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assemblyMRB (Material Review Board) experience preferredBachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferredWhy Join Us?Consistent, full-time work with a stable schedule (4x10 Monday-Thursday)Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to support meaningful work in aircraft productionHands-on involvement in process improvement and production efficiencyApply now to become a key contributor in a fast-paced, high-impact manufacturing environment.Pay Details: $25.00 to $42.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
