- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
- Perform all tasks in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety and stewardship related company policies and practices, including completing all required training courses and wearing proper PPE at all times
- Regular and timely ad hoc communication with supervisors, and reporting any issues immediately
- Other tasks as assigned
- Preferred Experience with plant care, cultivation, or horticulture (professional or educational background preferred).
- Ability to work in varying climate conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise growing procedures and maintain accurate records.
