- Location: Bozeman, Montana 59715 (Montana healthcare jobs)
- Setting: Hospital Acute Care (clinical imaging)
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens (Travel CT Technologist contract)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 9/22/2025 End: 12/22/2025)
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
- Unit: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2030 - $2190
- Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalent (Radiologic Technologist degree)
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T.(R) & advanced registry in CT, R.T.(CT)
- Valid American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered radiologic technologist
- Preferred: 1 year of CT technologist experience in a Level I or II trauma center
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the Bozeman facility
- Perform CT scans and imaging procedures for NICU, CCU, Emergency Department, and other hospital units
- Assist radiologists and healthcare staff during diagnostic imaging procedures
- Operate and adjust CT scanners to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
- Conduct routine quality control and maintenance on CT equipment
- Complete accurate documentation for exam interpretation, reporting, and archiving
- Retrieve orders and patient health information to facilitate timely imaging and reporting
- Participate in hospital quality improvement and clinical support initiatives
- Provide training and peer support to fellow technologists
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Demonstrate tact and sensitivity in challenging clinical situations
- Adhere to all safety protocols regarding radiation, bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and infectious diseases
