In your new role you will:
- Project Support: Assist project managers in organizing and supporting HiRel R&D projects
- Project Planning: Learn how to plan and organize development projects with the guidance of project managers and technical leads
- Hands-On Experience: Work on low-complexity projects to gain experience in running projects and managing team environments
- Process Learning: Build knowledge of tools and processes for project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk monitoring, and reporting
- Problem-Solving: Participate in resolving straightforward project challenges while learning effective approaches to conflict management
- Feedback and Communication: Learn to provide constructive feedback, communicate project progress to stakeholders, and manage team collaboration effectively
- Project Management Skills: Develop skills to initiate, plan, control, and report on assigned projects
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- Education: Graduating in Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management
- Project Management Knowledge: Exposure to project tools and processes; experience managing projects or teams is a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships based on respect and trust
- Team Collaboration: Understanding of interpersonal soft skills and their application in team dynamics
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and OneNote
- US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Minimum of $68,000.00 salary per year
Maximum of $85,000.00 salary per yearMasters Degree
Minimum of $75,000.00 salary per year
Maximum of $94,000.00 salary per yearIn addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.#LI-FM1
