Reviews, analyzes and modifies applications and systems to include coding, testing, debugging and documenting software and programs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDevelop codes for interactive data driven web applications.Develop interfaces to back-end databases.Troubleshoot and debug pre-production web applications.Maintain and upgrade applications.Troubleshoot web server, setup and control form issues in system which affects web applications.Assist to analyze, design and test new and/or existing systems.Compile and write documentation to describe program development and revisions.Assist in determining user requirements for new and modified programs and/or systems.Keep current with the latest technology; regularly attend technical training in order to maintain technical expertise.Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience
Associate’s degree or 60 hours of college credit coursework in a related field required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4 years directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of required degree
4 years experience programming or application development in a web-based environment, relational databases and query writing, and with cross platform language required
Experience programming and debugging, and operating systems is preferred
