We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist Mandarin-speaking clients with inquiries, policy information, and claims support, ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with State Farm’s standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, claims processing, and appointment scheduling.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update client information in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Promote State Farm products and services when appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, agency procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
