Lingo Staffing is seeking an Electrician Helper in the Winston-Salem area. The Electrician Helper will assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in both commercial and industrial environments. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong work ethic, basic electrical knowledge, and a willingness to learn from experienced electricians.Key Responsibilities
Assist electricians with installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems.
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
Carry materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
Measure, cut, and bend conduit as directed.
Support with troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all safety protocols and company policies.Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial/industrial electrical work preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and basic electrical diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Physically able to lift, carry, and perform manual tasks.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
