The Maintenance Technician will maintain production equipment via mechanical and electrical troubleshooting as well as equipment installation and repair. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team on the first shift.Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
Follow predictive and preventive maintenance plans
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of foundry equipment during operation
Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Diagnose problems, replace and repairs part, test and adjust as needed
Perform regular preventive maintenance on foundry equipment and plant facilities
Update team on the status of requested maintenance support.
Schedule: Monday – Friday on 1st shift, 6am-4pm + overtime as requiredPay: $20-$24/hr based on experience and qualificationsMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
HS diploma or GED
2 or more years of machine maintenance experience
Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds on a frequent basis
Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance
