- Design experience or degree is helpful
- College degree or some college coursework preferred
- Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment
- Willingness to fully engage in our training program and new design consultant support system
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn our information and programs
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which can include nights, weekends, and holidays
