- Assists with the coordination of team members with any patient referrals, admissions or care needs.
- Staff all programs and services with the appropriate trained team members including hiring, onboarding, counseling, scheduling and providing supervision according to established hospice policies.
- Oversees the daily productivity metrics for all nursing and assistants to ensure that each team member is meeting the expectation.
- Weekly IDT meetings ensuring the team members are prepared to discuss and evaluate the care needs for each patient.
- Monitors all PPD spending of department to ensure usage and budget are in line.

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- At least two years of RN experience in a hospice setting.
- At least two years leadership experience in a hospice setting preferred.
- Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse.
- Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
