Utilize computers with skill and proficiency. Actively promote The Lodge at Woodloch services, facility features and hours of operation to internal and external guests. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills. Weekend, evening & holidays a must.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Be on time for your shift.· Be presentable in appearance and grooming; consistent with a luxury establishment.· Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.· Provide guests with tours of the entire Lodge when requested, extremely knowledgeable of activities and happenings at the Lodge.· First point of contact for guest feedback, issues prior to escalating to the Manager or Director· Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.· Keep the lobby area neat and clean at all times and maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area, communicating with F&B for garden view needs.· Be knowledgeable about the procedures of the front desk and bell/valet procedure in order to assist in those areas.· Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves lobby area with a spirit of genuine hospitality.· Provide descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, dining and hours of operation to internal and external guests.· Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, retail, dining, and dining. Offer information about other Woodloch properties and endeavors.· Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.· Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision.· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.· Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Lobby that require attention.· Assist in an emergency by displaying a calm demeanor and communicating with guests and staff.· Other tasks and duties as assigned.ESSENTIAL QUALITIES
