We share an appetite for growth which drives all of us to continually reimagine our customers’ experience.The Role at a glance:We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Full Time (37.5 hours) food service supervisor to our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. As a food service supervisor with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to help us provide excellent customer service to our residents.Schedule for this position will be Tuesday through Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday and Saturday 7am - 3pm, Sunday and Monday offWhat you'll be doing:
  • “Make rounds and visit with residents. Provide dietary information to dietitian when needed.”
  • “Participate in weekly/monthly meetings including resident food committees”
  • “Ensure refrigerators on floors are stocked, clean and temperatures taken.”
  • “Interview and hire staff according to staffing levels, complete their onboarding process and create weekly schedules for hourly team members.”
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
  • Experience supervising multiple employees.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
  • Schedule for this position will be Tuesday through Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday and Saturday 7am - 3pm, Sunday and Monday off
Nice-to-haves:
  • Knowledge of and experience working with the various diet textures and mechanicals such as puree, chopped, ground, etc.

Compensation Range
  • Pay rate starts at $21.00 - $23.00 per hour based upon relevant experience
