This role involves working with advanced robotics and equipment in a state-of-the-art facility.Responsibilities
Design and oversee the build of control panels for new projects.
Create and implement new control systems.
Integrate and commission new and legacy equipment.
Read and create electrical diagrams proficiently.
Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
Program and design automated equipment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in PLC programming, particularly with Texas Instruments PLCs (PLC-5, RSLogix500, and Studio5000).
Experience in Motion Control (AC/DC drives).
Familiarity with HMI systems (FactoryTalk View).
Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
Expertise in controls engineering and electrical design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a factory environment, working on the 1st shift with hours negotiable Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. The position offers a consistent schedule with minimal overtime and no travel. You will have the opportunity to engage with advanced technology such as ABB and Fanuc robotics, Glasstech furnaces, Casso Solar ovens, and various vision systems.
