● Be experienced and proficient in teaching and developing skills and fundamentals.● Develop practice and strategies in accordance with the Head Varsity Coach plan.● Maintain adequate communication with athletes and parent(s).● Keep the Athletic Director and Varsity Head Coach informed of scheduling changes, athlete and/or parental issues.● Provide support to the Head Varsity Coach as needed.Qualifications and Requirements:Applicant Requirements:● Coaching experience preferred, but not required.● Applicants must have basic knowledge of all Track and Field events.● Applicants must have experience at the high school varsity, club, and/or college level.● Familiarity with the Catholic High School League and knowledge of the MHSAA organizations preferred.
