With a reputation for professionalism, flexibility, and hospitality, Elite Vacation Homes is where quality meets comfort—for guests and team members alike.POSITION SUMMARY:As a Vacation Rental Housekeeper (1099 Contractor) for Elite Vacation Homes, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and guest-ready standards of our properties in Kissimmee. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, works well independently, and communicates proactively with management about any property needs. Your commitment to delivering spotless accommodations will help create memorable experiences for our guests and support the success of our vacation rental management company.As an independent contractor, you will partner with our team to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning and ensure inventory is well maintained.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Clean and reset vacation rental homes to guest-ready standards
  • Maintain cleanliness across multiple properties in Kissimmee
  • Monitor and update office for items needing restocked (linen, toiletries, supplies)
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding property needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling
