About the Role:Join First Response Restoration as our Operations and Administration Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others in their time of need.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
  • Support financial processes utilizing Quickbooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, job costing, etc.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing use of Service Titan, including onboarding of the platform, training of staff, and optimizing workflows.
  • Research and ensure compliance with DOT licensing, regulations, and recordkeeping.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for all business processes.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows.
  • Oversee Human Resource activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, recruitment of subcontractors, onboard new hires, maintain employee records, and insure compliance with company policies.
  • Setup and maintain a Call Center, including the oversight of staff and communication systems.
  • Setup and maintain relationships with Financing partners so that we can offer financing opportunities to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
