Description:
  • Senior Software Architect to design, develop and implement for low latency high frequency Fixed Income eTrading Platform. Develop / Enhance server side backend high-performance cross-product electronic execution platform using Core Java.
  • Follow release and production change procedures and work with other teams to deliver and maintain reliable and functional front-office pricing and trading applications.
  • Participate in rotational production support activities.
  • Identify, analyze, communicate and resolve application, infrastructure and environmental issues and problems.
  • - Extensive experience on Core Java Multi Threading, Spring Framework, KDB, Unix, Shell script, Relational database
  • - Development on low latency / high frequency Fixed Income eTrading Platform.
  • - In-depth knowledge in Middleware Messaging (publish/subscribe, JMS / MQ / Solace / Kafka / Tibco RV etc).
  • - Expertise in memory management
  • - Process monitoring and observability
  • - Work experience in code management in Git/Bitbucket
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills are must.
  • - Knowledge in python is a plus.
  • - Ability to work with senior trader/sales on rapid front-office development and to respond to critical production problem
  • - Working knowledge of the Fixed Income products – Rates Products are preferred
  • - Ability to communicate and act professionally with IT staff and business clients while under strict deadlines.
  • - Ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
  • - Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
  • - 7+ years of working experience
