You'll serve as the operational backbone of our engineering team, ensuring smooth sprint execution while removing blockers and facilitating effective collaboration across our 15-person team of designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, QA testers, and leadership.If you're passionate about agile methodologies, excel at keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and thrive on delivering results in a startup environment—this role is for you.🎯 What You'll DoProject Management:

Plan, track, and deliver product features and releases on time and within scope
Coordinate cross-functional work streams between design, front-end, back-end, and QA teams
Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
Maintain project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Lead all scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Coach the team on agile best practices and continuous improvement
Remove impediments that block team productivity
Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within the team
Track and report on sprint metrics, velocity, and team performance
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus

Requirements🔍 What You'll BringRequired:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in agile software development environments
Proven track record managing cross-functional technical teams (5-20 people)
Strong facilitation skills with experience leading scrum ceremonies
Proficiency with project management and agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Experience managing product development timelines and coordinating releases
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to removing blockers

Preferred:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
Experience in startup environments or early-stage product development
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical concepts
Background in ecommerce, marketplace, or live streaming platforms

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
Previous experience scaling agile practices as teams grow
Startup experience building 0-to-1 products
