Built on 20 years of innovation and skill, XO is the world’s premier aviation network.​The Sourcing Specialists support our XO and VistaJet sales teams by sourcing off-fleet aircraft from within Vista Global’s preferred network of operators.The Sourcing Team are experts in aircraft performance and limitations, market pricing, crew duty restrictions, international permit requirements and weather constraints.This is a challenging role, working in a fast-paced industry, in which you will be monitoring real-time availability, industry trends, aircraft quality, and market consistency.Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing aircraft for all incoming flight request from the XO and VistaJet sales teams.
  • Submitting aircraft options that will be presented to the client.
  • Finding options for immediate charters and recovering AOG situations.
  • Signing contracts for all off-fleet trips.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Vista Global’s preferred network of operators.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve any issues in a timely fashion.
  • Developing your business aviation industry expertise.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Approximately 1-2 years aviation brokerage experience, including experience with aircraft operations.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that will include early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and some on-call requirements.
  • Commercial acumen – possesses proven experience of identifying commercially viable opportunities and negotiating deals.
  • A keen eye for detail that will enable you to move quickly while maintaining exacting levels of accuracy in your work.
  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask, while keeping up with high demand.
