The Global Medical Administrative Services Team Lead provides comprehensive executive administrative support for the Chief Medical Officer and Chief of Staff and responsible for leadership and management oversight of the Global Medical administrative assistant team that provides operational support for the Global Medical organization.How you will contribute:
- Oversee and manage the Global Medical administrative support model, aligning tasks and resources with the support model defined by the Chief of Staff office. Act as the primary point of contact for coordination and resolution of administrative priorities within the department.
- Lead a team of administrative assistants, ensuring efficient delegation and high-quality support for the organization’s leaders.
- Foster professional growth and guide administrative assistants in best practices for administrative excellence.
- Implement and refine processes to improve the overall effectiveness and collaboration of the administrative support team.
- Prepare and deliver reports or updates on administrative support operations to senior leadership and the Chief Medical Office.
- Coach team members, provide performance evaluations, and contribute to resource planning
- Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize administrative team performance and achieve organizational goals
- Education and experience requirements: associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant business experience, or 9 years of relevant business experience. Pharma/biotech experience is preferred.
- Internet/intranet skills and strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as knowledge of SharePoint.
- Applies basic budgeting principles in straightforward situations with supervision
- Gains practical experience in training and development, applying basic concepts with guidance
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technological tools and software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals, both internal and external
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
