OSM Construction is seeking a field engineer to join their team on a landmark multi-building hospitality project along the Yellowstone River. This role offers the opportunity to support large-scale construction while learning directly from experienced superintendents and project leaders. The ideal candidate is early in their construction career, tech-savvy, and eager to grow into site supervision or project management roles. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both this major resort build and future high-end custom residential projects across Montana.
