- Manage multiple active customer implementations from kickoff through successful go-live
- Serve as the primary customer contact and advocate throughout the implementation process
- Create purposeful meetings with clear agendas, defined outcomes, and the right stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution engineers, training, and product
- Work closely with Product Success Leads (PSLs) to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations and statement of work
- Understand and use our product well enough to guide customers and identify when to bring in additional expertise
- Adapt your approach based on customer needs, meeting dynamics, and project realities
- Manage project timelines while prioritizing customer success over rigid process adherence
- Report project health to your Director and maintain visibility across all implementations
- Solve problems independently with minimal hand-holding, escalating when appropriate
- You have 12+ years of demonstrable, hands-on, tactical-level project management experience, working for a software vendor, delivering complex enterprise software to customers, including, but not limited to the following:
- A seasoned project manager who thrives in the pace of a high-growth SaaS startup—someone who can bring structure, discipline, and clarity while keeping up with rapid execution.
- A hands-on leader ready to roll up their sleeves—whether that means creating project content, testing software, writing scripts, or jumping in wherever the team needs support.
- A customer-facing representative of the company who builds strong relationships, manages tough conversations, and guides clients through complex implementations with confidence.
- A driver of execution who ensures projects move forward, milestones are met, and go-lives happen successfully—even when customers are demanding or requirements are evolving.
- A gritty problem-solver who shows determination and hustle, tackling obstacles head-on and keeping both customers and internal teams aligned.
- A meticulous documenter and communicator who keeps plans, risks, status updates, and sign-offs clear and organized, ensuring accountability at every step.
- A connector across teams—able to coordinate Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success to stay in sync on goals and deliverables.
- A polished communicator who can provide concise, executive-level updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- A customer lifecycle champion who ensures smooth handoffs to Customer Success and Support, setting clients up for long-term success.
- A jack-of-all-trades with a project-first mindset—flexible enough to wear many hats, but always focused on delivering high-quality, on-time SaaS implementations.
- Salary Range: $145,000-$155,000
