Provide reliable, compassionate and consistent care while creating a meaningful, quality-based relationship in a supportive private home atmosphere.Essential Functions
  • Monitor, assess and advise supervisor and family on health observations and needs, while promoting health and wellness through nursing processes.
  • Create a positive, respectful and open communication style with the person supported and family.
  • Complete required documentation and daily communication log.
  • Assist with community and daily outings.
  • Administer and track medications.
  • Monitor seizure activity.
  • Attend appointments, as needed.
  • Attend all required state and agency trainings.
Certification, Licenses, Registrations
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
  • Must possess a valid Rhode Island Nursing license.
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination per RIDOH guidelines
Schedule & Pay Rate
  • Schedule 1st shift Part-Time
  • OPTIONS: Saturday OR Sunday: OR Saturday & Sunday
  • Hours: 9-3 pm or 9-4 pm (flexible)
  • Pay Rate: $39.00/Hourly
