- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly
- A deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and subcontractors
- A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- A competitive salary range of around $115,000 to $150,000 yearly, depending on experience.
