An award-winning, highly respected construction firm is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to join their team and oversee projects across the Midwest.About the Role: As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires extensive travel throughout the Midwest, with an excellent per diem package provided.Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily on-site supervision of crews, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide clear direction, problem-solving, and leadership to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest.
