
Treasury Analyst- Stores Banking

- Manage Company's U.S., Canadian, and Caribbean banking and cash management structures, including bank account maintenance, resolution of operational banking issues, establishing and maintaining depository banking relationships, and minimizing associated bank service fees.
- Act as system administrator for the Department's global banking systems and financial applications, including Reval, IBAM, SMART, web-based banking platforms, SWIFT, 360T, and Misys.
- Timely and accurate completion of balance sheet reconciliations related to Treasury and Risk Management general ledger accounts.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute financial models, metrics and reports that will assist management in reviewing and analyzing financial information such as cash, debt, investment, interest, bank fees, and foreign exchange activity utilizing OneStream, Treasury Management System (Reval), ION Bank Account Management (ION), and other reporting systems.
- Regularly review, recommend, and implement improvements to the North American cash management structure, currently comprised of 4,900+ bank accounts in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.
- Test and implement treasury system enhancements
- Identify operational risks and opportunities (within banking structure)
- Provide interdepartmental support
- Assist in managing approximately $12.5 million in bank service fees paid by the North American operations annually.
- Prioritize tasks to meet defined deadlines in a highly dynamic environment
- Operate with close attention to detail and a focus on enhancing controls
- Maintain an understanding of financial markets and banking products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
- 2+ years of experience in a financial role
- Skill set includes problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills, excellent (oral and written) communication skills, and a capability to work independently.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment to implement process improvements.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Business Knowledge includes a working knowledge of SW structure, business processes, and operations.
- Ability to interface with top management
- Knowledge of corporate banking and cash management products and services and foreign exchange markets
- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions quickly
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Experience implementing or supporting systems
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems
- Experience working with Oracle and OneStream
