- Organize and track customer feedback, escalating to management when additional support is needed
- Maintain clear, accurate records of customer concerns and follow through until resolution
- Build trust and rapport with customers and team members through respectful, reliable communication
- Proactively engage with customers-often identifying needs and offering help before being asked
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a smooth, supportive customer experience
- Learn and uphold the automotive manufacturer's standards for customer satisfaction
- You communicate clearly and kindly, and you're great at staying organized
- You present yourself in a polished, professional way that reflects Empire's commitment to excellence
- You understand the value of listening and empathy, and you know how to make people feel comfortable and supported
- You're dependable, hardworking, and able to stay focused in a busy, fast-moving environment
- You've spent time helping customers-sharing your knowledge, building trust, and making their experience a positive one
- You bring at least one year of experience in a role where you interacted with customers, either in person or over the phone
- You're naturally friendly, upbeat, and enjoy being part of a team that works together
- You're open to feedback and see it as a helpful part of growing and improving
- You're available to work Monday through Saturday, and you're flexible when extra support is needed on holidays or weekends
- You're comfortable using computers and multitasking, especially with tools like Microsoft Office
