Consistently maintain a high volume of daily outreach via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure all leads are engaged.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the company CRM. Provide weekly reports on outreach volume, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent customer experiences.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high volume outreach and multitask effectively.
