Accounting Coordinator - Element Midtown and Aloft Cortex St. LouisStart Your Journey with Midas Hospitality:We are seeking a hands-on, energetic person to oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable duties for our hotels. This position will be responsible for entering Accounts Payable invoices and Accounts Receivable for each property.The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience with Lightspeed,
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize Profit and Loss statements
  • Experience coding and processing invoices for payment
  • Auditing house banks
  • Managing restaurant and banquet activity
  • Managing Tax Exempt Forms
  • Previous experience with accounting software such as NetSuite and Hotel Investors Apps (HIA)
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Month end reporting
