We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer in North America.This role offers the opportunity to act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams, helping ecommerce brands leverage a cutting-edge conversational commerce platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions for complex use cases. You will lead technical discovery calls, develop proofs of concept, and guide customers in implementing robust SMS strategies. Your expertise will ensure clients realize maximum value from the platform, while also contributing to process improvement and playbook development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on technical work, and working in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.Accountabilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers, demonstrating deep understanding of the platform and its integrations.
  • Lead technical discovery calls and proof of concepts, providing creative solutions and ensuring customer success.
  • Collaborate with account executives to prepare demos highlighting advanced capabilities and integrations.
  • Support onboarding and customer success teams by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Document customer requests and relay them to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Create technical content and playbooks for implementing features, integrations, and best practices.
  • Partner with external integration partners, ensuring seamless technical implementations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Support Engineer, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Ecommerce knowledge, with experience in Shopify ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS) and APIs for building proof-of-concept integrations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and driven to become an expert in platform capabilities and customer use cases.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate complex challenges, and provide innovative solutions for enterprise-level customers.
