Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Description:In this role, you'll lead process improvement initiatives for US Bakeries, focusing on absenteeism management (medical leaves, legal leaves, unexcused absences). You'll analyze current practices, recommend improvements, and ensure our absenteeism control strategy is effectively implemented.What You'll Do
- Review and map current absenteeism processes and reporting procedures.
- Standardize leave classifications across North America.
- Identify gaps and define improved workflows for FMLA, workers' comp, sick days, and unexcused absences.
- Lead project governance-implement changes, manage training, and track progress.
- Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials to support new processes.
- Strong knowledge of US leave policies (FMLA, STD/LTD, workers' comp, sick leave).
- Experience with time & attendance systems (Kronos, Infor preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; project management experience.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
