- Responsible for branch performance, including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and customer relations
- Assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns; Accurately respond to requests via phone, email, and sales counter
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives to establish and maintain stocking levels that meet local customer requirements
- Assist with the resolution of escalated customer and service issues
- Supervisory responsibility for branch team members, including hiring, training, performance management, etc.
- Plan and organize the team's tasks & work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives
- Understand, support, and communicate company objectives, policies, and procedures to branch staff
- Act as a backup for all positions within the branch when necessary
- Advise team members and customers on e-commerce services
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and customers
- Inside Sales and/or Warehouse Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
- Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office & Teams
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
- Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)
- Experience using ERP software
- Knowledge of cutting tools & machine shop supplies
- Supervisory experience in a B2B sales environment
