We are hiring Data Engineers at multiple levels (Senior, Mid, Junior) to join our Multifamily Data team. You will design and build data pipelines, optimize data processing, and contribute to enterprise-scale data platforms.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Python and PySpark.Work with cloud and big data tools such as Snowflake, EMR, EKS.Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data systems.Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security.Qualifications (Senior):7+ years in Data Engineering.Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Snowflake, EMR, EKS.Financial services experience preferred.Strong system design and architecture knowledge.Qualifications (Mid-Level):4–6 years of experience in Data Engineering.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Snowflake.Familiarity with cloud and big data platforms.Qualifications (Junior):1–3 years of experience in Data Engineering.Exposure to Python, SQL, or cloud-based platforms.Strong eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
