
Mobile Maintenance Tech/HVAC

- Perform general maintenance tasks including lighting system upkeep, minor plumbing repairs, and interior maintenance (e.g., hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture)
- Assist operations team in building and facilities maintenance and repairs
- Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests
- Move office furniture, equipment and supplies as needed
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations
- Comply with safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and identify/address safety hazards
- Adhere to relevant ordinances, codes, and laws, including proper handling of hazardous materials
- Participate in ongoing training programs and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Document work performance and materials procurement as directed
- Perform other operational tasks typical of the Maintenance Mechanic role
- Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call requirement)
- Note: This role requires the ability to lift 80 lbs, use ladders up to 30 ft, possess mechanical and electrical aptitude, and have excellent communication skills in English
- 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
- Completion of an applicable technical training program
- EPA Universal/CFC
