Job Description:Part Time Math Interventionist DescriptionThe Ferguson-Florissant School District is a community of families and neighborhoods located in suburban St. Louis, MO. Compensation is based on the allocation of funds in alignment to the School Improvement Grant. Continued employment is subject to annual evaluation in alignment with this job description and is contingent upon the annual allocation of federal funding for the position.FLSA: ExemptRetirement: PSRSSalary: $15,000 per year maximum, based on education, experience, and certificationsCalendar: 10-month contract (August-May)EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or math required
Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Math Education, or related field, preferred
Knowledge of the Missouri Learning Standards for Mathematics required
Experience teaching or supporting students in math intervention or special education settings required
Training in or familiarity with data-driven instructional models (e.g., RTI/MTSS) preferred
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:
Valid Missouri teaching certificate in one of the following:
Elementary Education (1–6) or Special Education Certification with demonstrated math instruction experience.
