DescriptionSr. Property Accountant (Hybrid Schedule, $105K/yr)We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team in Boston. This role offers a competitive compensation package of up to $105,000 per year plus a 10% bonus. The position entails three days in the office and two remote days, with parking available at the location and convenient bus transportation from South and North Stations. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, reporting, and analysis of the Innovation and Design Building, a large office complex with 1.4 million square feet and 100 tenants. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of property accounting experience in real estate, with MRI experience being a plus. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining the Corporate Fixed Asset System, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, as the role involves managing complex tenant recovery calculations and CAM processes.
