- Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for web properties that include, but are not limited to, Web, mobile, SEO, Social Media and other digital platforms.
- Act as usability subject matter expert for all HFHS digital applications, including corporate projects with digital components.
- Design and develop web projects to enhance the user experience
- Develop business and functional requirements
- Perform functional, regression and system testing
- Identify, troubleshoot and report defects
- Directly supervise web projects, guiding the strategy, prioritization and tactical elements of long-term and day-to-day tasks.
- Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive web and mobile strategy that defines how digital techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across the HFHS brand and products.
- Lead and influence the decision of senior leadership with respect to digital investment and the application of digital strategy tactics.
- Build loyalty and increase engagement across online channels
- Ensure consistency of execution across multiple channels through process development and improvement
- Establish the development of organization-wide Intranet and Internet management standards, policies and rules of engagement. Identify and recommend updates to these standards as needed.
- Establish digital optimization plans based on performance of campaigns and provide measurement and performance insights.
- Interface with appropriate teams to ensure brand and voice consistency
- Advance the company's strategic point of view on digital technologies and techniques, the impact on consumer behaviors, and serve as a champion for digital adoption within the organization.
- Mentor and provide training to employees throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for web properties
- Work with the HFHS brand to understand clients' business objectives and explore and identify ways to integrate into business strategies and marketing campaigns
- Lead and directly supervise resources from external agencies and have accountability for the development and implementation of complex digital projects.
- Provide strategic oversight and support of HFHS digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor trends in web and mobile channels, design and strategy.
- Participate and serve and on multidisciplinary governance committees
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Technical, Advertising/Marketing-related or other relevant degree program.
- Three to seven (3-7) years of combined digital, social media, usability and digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience using Google Analytic data to develop digital strategies.
- Experience interacting and making recommendations to senior leadership.
- Project Management experience, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
- Requires the interpersonal skills to be able to interface with internal clients to define objectives and build web and mobile solutions.
- Must be an independent worker, with ability to take accountability for projects and execute to client's satisfaction.
- Requires a high level of analytical ability in order to gather and interpret data and/or requirements to determine the applicability to develop, purchase and/or integrate application or technology.
- Possess knowledge of software language and software tools, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Net, SharePoint and Sitecore.
- Possess knowledge of hardware platforms and operating systems.
- Possess knowledge of networking. Possess knowledge of health care.
