- Supervise administrative and professional staff to ensure effective program management and compliance with legal standards.
- Serve as a consultant and coach to managers on talent acquisition and employee experiences.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and training programs to promote cultural and service excellence.
- Cultivate internal and external relationships for effective service delivery and performance metrics.
- Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide guidance to leaders on employment, performance management, and policy adherence.
- Manage total compensation program and benefits administration.
- Develop and communicate compensation policies and conduct market analysis.
- Oversee leave of absence programs and ensure accuracy and positive employee experience.
- Lead department goal setting and professional development initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, or work with legal counsel on complex issues.
- Drive organizational and HR initiatives to meet evolving needs.
- Innovate department processes and policies to enhance employee engagement and value.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract diverse talent and enhance employer brand.
- Engage with local community and HR organizations to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Develop and implement communication programs to align organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze internal HR metrics to inform departmental strategies and goals.
- Maintain job requirements and descriptions in collaboration with department leaders.
- BS/BA in Human Resources or closely related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of exempt level progressively responsible Human Resources experience in multiple disciplines. At least two (2) years of HR Supervisory experience or experience in a leadership role is essential.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification or equivalent expected. SPHR or SHRM-CSP recommended.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
